Our goal is to balance cost-effectiveness with sufficient transportation amenities for our employees during business travel. Travel costs are subject to pricing of airline tickets, room and board and other transportation costs. Instead of including a flat rate for travel, we figured we’d save you money by only requiring what it costs to get there.

For packages where travel is required, we will save receipts for travel (by land, air and sea) as well as hotels or airbnbs and make them known to you.

Diamond Reel is committed to providing quality video production services to our clients. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and returns.

Returns are allowed up to 24 hours before travel is required. Cancellations after 24 hours prior to travel will result in the entire deposit not being refunded. Cancellations before 24 hours until travel will be given a refund. A 50% refund will be given to the diamond package and the team package. A 50% refund will be given to customers of the edit package once the post-production process has started.

Cancellations must be made up to 24 hours before travel is required. If cancellations are made after 24 hours prior to travel, no refund will be given. Note that the cost of travel will not be refunded during any cancellation.

16. We are not liable for inclement weather that causes delays to video recording.

For each package, we provide a thirty minute consultation prior to filming (or editing) to go over the logistics for the video. During the initial consult we discuss the who, what, when, where and, most importantly, the why!

For the Diamond and Team Package you will receive additional consultation time to help prepare you for contacting coaches throughout the recruitment process. Use your consultations at any time to help with any stage of the process. We’re here to help.

Yes, you most certainly can! At no extra cost- we will include in game highlights into your recruitment video. Additionally, we will use motion graphics to help identify the viewer where you are in the field.

Yep! Revisions are included in each package. For The Editing Package, you get one revision and for The Diamond Package and The Team Package each video is allowed two revisions.

If we don’t successfully address what you asked for in a revision we will continue to iterate until we get it right.
